Day 10: Transfer to Entebbe
Day 1: Arrival Entebbe
Arrive at Entebbe Airport and you are met by our staff, you will be transferred to the hotel for your overnight stay. Overnight at Cassia Lodge (BB). Transit Time 45 Minutes to 1 HOURS.
Day 2: To Murchison Falls-Rhino Tracking
7:30am: Depart for Murchison Falls National Park. The journey takes you through the Great Rift Valley and rolling savannas. We stop Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for Rhino tracking; you will enjoy lunch at the sanctuary before entering the park. On arrival check in at your lodge for overnight stay at Pakuba Game Lodge (FB). Transit Time 5 to 6 Hours. Meal Plan: Breakfast, Lunch and dinner.
Day 3: Murchison Falls National Park-Game Drive-Boat Ride
6.00am: An early morning game drive to see the animals before daybreak. Expect to see the lions, leopards, giraffes, buffalos, elephants, antelopes and many others. Return for breakfast at the Lodge.
After Lunch at 2:00pm, you will transfer for a boat ride up to the river to the bottom of Murchison Falls, where you will see, floating crocodiles and pods of hippo intersperse with some of the best bird viewing in the world. From the safety of the boat you can see the crocodiles, hippos, elephants, buffaloes and other animals on the shores of the Nile. Overnight at Pakuba Game Lodge (FB) Meal Plan: Breakfast, Lunch & dinner.
Day 4: To Murchison Falls-Eclipse track
6:00am: Depart for another morning Game drive in the in the park to explore chances of more wildlife. You will later return to your lodge for breakfast & lunch. Later on transfer to the Point where Total Eclipse was viewed on 3rd November 2013, as this was the best point to observe the Eclipse from in the whole world, and this is at at Owiny Primary School in Pakwach. Meal Plan: Lunch and dinner. Overnight at: Pakuba Game Lodge (FB)
Day 5: Murchison Falls – Hoima
Early morning game drive through the park and later transfer to Hoima town for your overnight stay, lunch will be en-route. Dinner and Overnight at Hotel Kontiki (FB) Transit Time 5 to 6 Hours. Meal Plan: Lunch and dinner.
Day 6: Hoima – Queen Elizabeth National Park
After breakfast proceed to Queen Elizabeth National Park, the best National Park of Uganda with outstanding wildlife. Have a relaxed guided walk at the Mweya Peninsular for the rest of the Evening. Transit Time 5-6 Hours. Meal Plan: Breakfast, lunch and dinner Overnight at: Mweya Safari Lodge (FB)
DAY 7: Queen Elizabeth-Game Drive & Boat Ride
6.00 am: Take an early game drive in the park. The animals will still be hunting for prey. This park is home to the famous African wildlife such as lion, elephant, leopard, buffalo and hippos, hyenas, hogs antelopes etc. Return to your accommodation for breakfast and rest.
Day 8: Queen Elizabeth National Park- Bwindi
After Breakfast, transfer to Ishasha sector of Queen Elizabeth for a game drive. This sector is famous for tree climbing lions, look into the cassia branches as you may see some lions resting in tree branches. Other animals like Elephants, buffolos, baboons may be seen in this area. Lunch will be en-route and after proceed to Bwindi National Park for Dinner & Overnight. Gorilla Forest Camp (FB)/ Silverback Safari Lodge (FB)
Day 9: Gorilla Tracking
After breakfast at 7.30 am, depart to the park headquarters in a private; proceed for briefing from park ranger guides before starting your Gorilla trek through steeply forested and beautiful landscape along several animal trails. The climax of the adventure is the opportunity to view the gentle and endangered mountain Gorillas which is an exciting and memorable experience, Picnic lunch to be enjoyed en-route. This may take 3 to 8 hours. Meals and overnight. Gorilla Forest Camp (FB)/ Silverback Safari Lodge (FB)
Day 10: Transfer to Entebbe
7.00 am, breakfast and after depart for Entebbe for your overnight stay or proceed to the airport for your outbound flight. Lunch will be en-route before arriving to Entebbe. Meal Plan: Breakfast & Lunch. Transit Time: 7-8 hours
