Mount Kilimanjaro is the tallest freestanding mountain in the world and the highest mountain in Africa. Rising at 5896 m / 19,340 feet, the mountain rears up out of the surrounding African plains to form a snow-capped challenge for any hiker. Day 1: Arrive Kilimanjaro Airport in Tanzania.

Day 2: Sal Salnero hotel in Moshi – Kilimanjaro day hike
At 0800hrs after breakfast, transfer to Marangu village via Moshi Town (one of the very clean Towns in the world), after reaching the gates at Marangu, you will hike for approximately 3-4 hours to the first hut, 2,700 meters above the foot of the mountain accompanied by a qualified and licensed mountain guide who will be ready to answer all your questions, while pointing out things of interest along the way. Day 4: Manyara – Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, depart at 0700 hrs for Serengeti National Park across Ngorongoro Conservation, with OPTIONAL visit of Olduvai Gorge. Olduvai Gorge is the prehistoric site where Dr. Louis Leakey discovered the remains of Homo habilis (Handy man) regarded as mankind’s first step on the path of human evolution. You arrive in time for lunch at 1200 hrs at your lodge.
1500 hrs – you go for an evening game drive in the park. The Serengeti is probably the most famous wildlife sanctuary in the world. Within its 15,000 sq km area it hosts 3 million large mammals. Day 1: Arrive in Mwanza – Lake Victoria
Depart by flight for Mwanza, either from Nairobi Kenya, Dar es Salaam Tanzania, Kigali Rwanda or from Entebbe in Uganda Meet and greet at the airport in Mwanza for a pick up and transfer service to Tilapia Hotel for Dinner and overnight.
